"Comfortable Transfers", what does that mean?
vehicles:-
- All our vehicles are regularly checked and licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, in accordance with the check list of modern tourism services.
- All vehicles are air-conditioned and have adequate number of comfortable-sized seats, allowing enough room for passengers and luggage.
- Our smart system suggests the type of vehicle based on the number of passengers and luggage. Clear info. about the reserved vehicle is provided upon reservation and no surprises on arrival spot.
Assistance:-
- All transfers are made with a personal assistant who speaks the guest language, or at least English and meets the guests with a sign bearing their names.
Extra services on request:-
- Upon request, we provide "meet and assist" service at all airports prior to passport control to assist in the visa procedures and baggage issues.
- You can add any special request to the "note" field when you make your reservation, and we promise the best we can do if it's available in Egypt.
